I am a registered psychotherapist and I specialize in individual counselling and couples counselling for those struggling with various inter/intrapersonal issues.
I work from an eclectic approach, integrating aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy, emotion focused therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. These approaches mean I see my clients, not as a diagnosis, but as individuals with complex life stories who require a treatment plan designed with their specific needs and experiences in mind.

Everyone has difficult moments in their life that may include feelings of anxiety, depression, stress, grief or trauma. Reaching out is the first step in feeling better and moving towards personal growth and development. I am privileged to journey with individuals who have the desire to improve their emotional states and work towards becoming the best version of themselves.
I specialize in individual therapy with those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and stress. I also support clients with life challenges, such as interpersonal relationships, self-esteem and emotion regulation.
The relationship between client and therapist is the most important thing to me. My priority is to hold a safe and confidential space. I use a combination of approaches to best accommodate your needs. I integrate Psychodynamic, CBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy and Inner Child Healing.
